Birchwood Business Consulting provides consulting and coaching services to micro and small businesses in Wyoming, Ontario and Livingston Counties of New York State.  Our goal is to help you reach a higher level of success by assisting in:

• Helping you to define what you want your business to become
• Develop plans to assist you in achieving your goals
• Establish tools for you to measure your progress
• Work with you and your team to become better leaders and managers through improved planning, reporting, analysis, technology and leadership
• Provide continuing assistance and coaching to help you focus on making your business successful
